RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- Returned with original packaging whenever possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Because inventory is extremely limited, size exchanges cannot be guaranteed and are subject to product availability.
Limited Chapter Releases, promotional pricing (including the First 10 Believers offer), and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
